2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tulekula
• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

4. User Types

Tulekula supports multiple user categories, including: Creators, Individuals, Businesses, Event organizers, and Members of the public.

Certain features, tools, or monetization options may only be available to specific user types.

5. Creator Accounts & Responsibilities

If you register or operate as a creator, you agree that:

• You own or have the legal right to publish all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws and platform rules
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to your earnings

Tulekula does not guarantee income, audience size, or financial success.

6. Payments, Earnings & Withdrawal Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Lenco (lenco.co). Supported payment methods include mobile money and bank cards. Tulekula does not store users’ payment credentials.

6.2 Creator Earnings

Earnings shown on the platform represent gross amounts before applicable fees. Funds become available for withdrawal subject to platform rules, verification, and compliance checks.

6.3 Creator Withdrawal Fee

Tulekula reserves the right to adjust withdrawal fees in the future. Any changes will be communicated to creators before taking effect.

6.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions

Tulekula is not responsible for: Failed withdrawals due to incorrect payout details, Delays caused by payment providers, or Charges applied by third-party financial institutions.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tulekula a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

7.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, hateful, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access without notice.

8. Platform Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of Tukula Digital Hub.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute the platform, or use Tulekula branding without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with platform security, use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization, circumvent fees, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Users may request account deletion by contacting privacy@tulekula.com.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Tulekula is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

12. Third-Party Services

Tulekula may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, payment processor errors, or external websites. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding platform availability, accuracy of content, or financial outcomes. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

Tulekula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tulekula in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tukula Digital Hub from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
