We may collect the following personal information when you register or use our Service: Full name, Email address, Phone number (optional), Username or display name, Profile photo (optional), and Account password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).

For creators only, we may collect additional profile or verification information necessary to operate creator features.

3.2 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect government-issued identification (NRC, passport), Location or GPS data, User messages or private communications, or Device fingerprinting data beyond basic security needs.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, Browser type, and Access timestamps. This data is used strictly for security, system integrity, and performance monitoring.

Tulekula facilitates payments using third-party payment processors, including Mobile money providers, Bank card processors, and Lenco (https://lenco.co).
